Replica el sabor del café colao tradicional borincano que se preparaba cocinándolo en una caserola con agua justo bajo el punto de ebullición, agitación y posteriormente, colado. Este es el sabor que describen nuestros visitantes y es la experiencia que buscamos ofrecerles. All our coffee is fire brewed to order using a system that replicates the traditional puertorrican “café colao” flavor (firstslow cooked then filtered). Coffee was brewed by spinning fresh ground coffee in water just under boiling in a small pot then filtering through a felt colander. This is the taste described by our visitors and the experience we strive to offer you. The method complements the Waffle-era Tea Room philosophy.
