Pu-erh Tea

Camelia Sinensis. Incluye en su procesamiento luego de la oxidación una etapa de post-fermentación y añejado. Se presenta con tonalidades cobrizas. En términos de sabor representa un punto medio entre un té negro y un oolong con tonalidades no tanto marinas como el último sino a musgo y rocío. This tea includes oxidation, post-fermentation and aging in its process with a copper like color in the cup. Its flavor balances the earthy sweet tones of black tea and the marine tones of the oolong teas. Pu-erh teas tend to be lighter in body and muskier in flavor than oolongs.
